Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in developing innovative menus that highlight seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Lead food preparation and presentation to meet high-quality standards, maintaining consistency across all dishes.
- Oversee inventory management and control to minimize waste and optimize food cost.
- Manage the dietary department by ensuring proper handling of special dietary requests and allergy considerations.
- Coordinate catering events and services, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional culinary experiences.
Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
