We treat our people like family and our customers like neighbors — because most of them are. We're growing and looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to lead our customer service team.
In this role, you'll lead a team of 4–5 customer service representatives in a positive, supportive way — coaching them to deliver an exceptional experience on every call while keeping the department organized, accountable, and running smoothly. It's a great fit for someone who is dependable, highly organized, and genuinely enjoys helping both customers and teammates succeed.
What you'll do:
- Lead, coach, and support a team of 4–5 customer service representatives in a positive, encouraging way.
- Develop new CSR onboarding and training materials, along with SOPs and best practices for the department.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the lead and new-customer intake process and improve scheduling efficiency.
- Oversee the day-to-day flow of the customer service department — scheduling, follow-through, and smooth handoffs between departments.
- Set the tone for exceptional customer service, stepping in on calls and escalations when needed.
- Keep the team organized and on track with recurring tasks, priorities, and communication.
- Hold yourself and your team accountable to clear standards, deadlines, and a high bar for customer care.

- Clear, warm communicator who can keep a team focused and morale high.
- Dependable and self-directed.
A plus, but not required (we're happy to train the right person):
- Experience in pest control or lawn & ornamental (L&O) services.
- Familiarity with PestPac or similar service/scheduling software.
