Who Can Apply:
- Residents of all five NYC boroughs
- Must have a history of arrest, probation, parole, or incarceration
- Cannot be on the sex offender registry
- No more than one DUI (none in the last 7 years)
- Active driver’s license required
- No convictions for homicide, manslaughter, or vehicular assault
- No involvement in human or sex trafficking
- No pending criminal cases
