Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Minnesota
- Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to elementary students, addressing a variety of communication and language needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations to teams and families
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure integrated care
