We are looking for a reliable and hardworking shop worker to join our growing team. We specialize in custom stair systems, stair treads, railings, and fabrication for residential and commercial projects throughout Florida.
This position is ideal for someone who is semi-skilled, eager to learn, and comfortable working with tools, materials, and a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with stair tread and railing fabrication
- Sand, prep, stain, and finish wood materials
- Load and unload materials and deliveries
- Maintain organization and cleanliness in the shop
- Assist installers and fabricators as needed
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Help with measuring, cutting, and material preparation
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet
- Basic construction or shop experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Punctual and dependable
