Job Summary

Duties
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep all areas spotless and safe
- Manage front desk operations by greeting guests warmly, checking them in and out efficiently, and handling reservations with accuracy
- Address guest inquiries promptly, providing information about hotel services, local attractions, and ensuring their needs are met with a positive attitude
- Conduct routine cleaning of public spaces like lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using proper custodial techniques
- Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when needed to maintain the overall appearance of the hotel environment
- Support housekeeping management by following established procedures for safety, sanitation, and quality control
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality roles with a focus on cleanliness and customer service
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to ensure floors are well-maintained
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest service
- Strong custodial skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness standards across various environments
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and efficiently when required
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and team members effectively
