Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, such as engine problems, electrical malfunctions, and transmission failures.
- Use power tools and diagnostic equipment to identify and fix mechanical and electrical problems.
- Follow schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential problems or areas of concern.
- Perform brake repairs, including replacing brake pads, rotors, and calipers.
- Service powertrain components, such as engines, transmissions, and differentials.
- Provide tire services, including tire rotations, balancing, and replacements.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician.
- Proficient in using power tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of air brake systems and their maintenance.
- Familiarity with oil change procedures and best practices.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong understanding of brake repair techniques and procedures.
- Experience servicing powertrain components.
- Expertise in tire service operations.
