Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to find someone in Quality Assurance to ensure that products meet specifications on a Swing shift for a full service heat treating facility in Tualatin, OR.
- The right candidate for this position should have a least a little experience in QA, and if you have knowledge in Furnace Operations that is a huge PLUS!
You will need to be comfortable with the following responsibilities:
- Checking/verifying equipment status
- Ensuring the shop is clean, organized and free of dangerous, hazardous materials
- Checking the rush list and schedule
- Performing minor maintenance tasks
- Answering phones in a professional manor
- Handling incoming/outgoing logistics
- Product processing
- Inspecting parts to ship
- Daily reports via email to Production Manager
- Forklift and Crane Operation
Qualifications:
- Forklift and Crane operation a MUST
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate
- Time management skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Computer skills : Excel, MS Word/Windows
- Proficient with basic math
- Knowledge of various materials
- Quality minded
- Able to work outside the box without a "that's not my job" mentality
Shift Details:
- Swing Shift
- Monday - Thursday (could be Mon-Fri)
- 1:00pm - 11:00pm
- $20+/hr to start (depending on experience)
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
