What You'll Do
As a Server Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience by:
- Assisting servers with delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Resetting and preparing tables quickly while maintaining impeccable cleanliness
- Keeping dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Refilling water and assisting with guest needs before they're asked
- Supporting the front-of-house team during busy service periods
- Communicating effectively with servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Taking pride in maintaining the high standards that define The Depot
What We're Looking For
We're searching for team members who are:
- Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoy serving others
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Able to stay organized while managing multiple tasks
- Team-oriented with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Professional in appearance and attitude
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and remain on their feet throughout a shift
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Restaurant experience is appreciated but not required—we're happy to train individuals with the right attitude and work ethic.
