Abajian Law, a Boutique Tax Law firm in Glendale with three attorneys has an immediate opening for a part-time administrative assistant.
This position is for 20-25 hour a week M-F with the opportunity to grow to a full-time paralegal position.
You will gain valuable experience in tax audits and litigation and tax collection in a cordial and professional office.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in office environment
-Ability to multitask and organize
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Knowledge or background in taxation is a plus
Duties include:
-Assisting attorneys in drafting, organizing and assembling responses to IRS, FTB and CDTFA requests for information and other attorney projects/research, and general office duties including coordinating with third party vendors, preparing outgoing mail including UPS and Fed-Ex packages
-Scanning, managing files and proof reading documents
- Maintaining office supplies
– Assisting with marketing
- Various other projects.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
