Project Manager Position Overview:
The primary function of Project Manager is to be accountable for the successful execution of job opportunities from post-Pre-Construction handoff through final completion and billing. The Project Manager serves as the project’s owner, ensuring that scope, materials, labor, schedule, communication, and financial outcomes are aligned and controlled throughout the lifecycle of the job.
The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the customer and the central coordinator across all internal departments, including Sales, Estimating, Procurement, Dispatch, and Accounting. Project Manager is responsible for clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all communication and documentation.
Project Manager does not simply track tasks or react to issues—they proactively plan, identify risk, prevent failures, and ensure that completed work turns into satisfied customers and timely revenue. If an issue impacts the job’s execution, customer experience, or financial performance, ownership rests with the PM.
