Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Food Ingredient Blending and Production with opportunities for rapid advancement to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for mixing, preparing, and processing food products in accordance with safety standards and quality specifications. Responsibilities
- Operate industrial blending equipment and machinery to produce seed mix according to established ratios and procedures.
- Ensure all food handling and preparation activities comply with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
- Adhere and Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, tools, and equipment, following strict sanitation protocols
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including mixing, or portioning as needed
- Involved in production processes for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary
- Support food safety initiatives by adhering to proper food handling procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
Skills
- Proven experience in seed or spice blending and mixing in the industrial blender, or batch preparation within the food industry or Production environment
- Knowledge of sanitation practices, HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Mechanical knowledge related to food processing equipment and large blender and mixers
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Familiarity with food handling, processing, and manufacturing procedures
- Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (preferred)
- Strong knife skills and culinary experience are advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Basic understanding of kitchen or food industry safety standards
- Willingness to learn quickly with a proactive attitude toward career development
