LADACIN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Early Intervention Program. This part-time position provides home-based physical therapy services to infants and toddlers from birth through age three with developmental delays as part of a collaborative transdisciplinary team. Immediate openings are available throughout Monmouth County with a flexible work schedule.
- Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment services to infants and toddlers receiving Early Intervention services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support developmental and motor goals
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to provide family-centered services
- Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in accordance with Early Intervention guidelines
- Participate in transdisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
- Educate and coach families to support children's motor development during everyday routines
- Maintain compliance with Early Intervention regulations and agency standards
- Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures and Code of Ethics
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license required
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively within a transdisciplinary team
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, or children with developmental delays preferred
- Must pass required background clearances and screenings
