What You'll Lead
- Daily collision center operations
- Production planning and workflow management
- Estimator, technician, CSR, and support staff development
- Customer satisfaction initiatives
- Financial performance and profitability
- Quality control and OEM repair compliance
- Recruiting, hiring, and employee retention
- Vendor and insurance partner relationships
- Shop culture and team accountability

What We're Looking For
- Previous collision repair management experience
- Proven leadership experience in a production environment

- Ability to coach and develop employees
- Experience managing customer and insurance relationships
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead through change and growth
- Valid driver's license
