**Physical Therapy Assistant**

**About the Role:**
In this full-time position, you will assist our physical therapists in providing high-quality patient care, including but not limited to:
* Conducting physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
* Developing and implementing treatment plans to achieve patient goals
* Performing clinical assessments, evaluations, and screenings
* Providing patient education and training on exercise programs and daily living skills
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
**Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with the physical therapy team to develop and implement treatment plans
* Assist in the preparation and setup of treatment areas
* Participate in patient care conferences to discuss patient progress and goals
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Maintain a clean and organized treatment environment
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
**Qualifications:**
* Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assisting or related field
* Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
* One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant preferred
* Ability to lift and move patients as needed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
