What You’ll Do (The Duties):
- Lead & Inspire: Supervise, motivate, and coach a team of field marketing representatives to crush daily outreach and performance goals.
- Campaign Coordination: Plan and execute strategic door-to-door field marketing campaigns in assigned territories.
- Train the Best: Turn beginners into pros by training team members on effective communication, negotiation, and modern sales techniques.
- Track Success: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and keep accurate records of daily interactions and leads generated.
- Build Connections: Foster positive, professional relationships with community members, acting as the face of our brand.
What We Are Looking For (The Skills):

- Sales Background is a Plus: If you have retail, customer service, door-to-door, or telemarketing experience, you’ll fit right in!
