Roche Brothers is excited to announce an opening for a Construction Laborer to join our dynamic team. This position, based in the Mont Alto, PA area, is ideal for individuals with experience or eager to learn. As a Construction Laborer with Roche Brothers, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-quality construction projects and work alongside experienced professionals who are committed to excellence in the industry. This is a Full-Time position and requires your presence on-site, as it is not a remote job opportunity.
Salary Range: $18 - $21 hour

Perform general labor on commercial retaining wall construction projects.

Assist with wall stacking, backfilling, and material placement.

Prepare and level footing stone for installations.

Cut blocks, caps, drainage pipe, and geosynthetic materials as needed.

Install drainage systems according to project specifications.

Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.

Clean and maintain tools and equipment.

Follow directions from Foremen and Assistant Foremen.

Work safely while following company safety policies and procedures.

Work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 60 lbs.

Construction experience is preferred but not required—we will train motivated individuals.

Experience using hand tools; willingness to learn power tools and equipment.

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.

Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.

Safety-conscious and dependable.

Valid driver's license preferred.

Must be authorized to work in the United States.
