We are seeking an experienced Investment Operations Specialist to join our centralized investment operations team. This role plays a key part in supporting the advisory team and helping deliver a high level of service, accuracy, and consistency across the client experience. The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of core operational responsibilities and contribute to process improvements over time.

Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain Orion portfolio accounting data, including account setup, model assignments, billing configurations, reporting groups, and Salesforce integrations
- Coordinate with custodians and third-party technology providers to monitor and maintain accurate account and data integrations
- Review and process new account activity, deposits, withdrawals, and operational paperwork while ensuring accurate investment allocations and account setup
- Support advisors and planners with operational requests and account-related problem-solving (i.e., fee structures, billing, cash flows, checks, wires, journal requests, etc.)
- Produce and review audit and reconciliation reports to ensure data integrity across systems and client reporting
- Preparation and supervision of client account investment performance reports and compilation of quarterly performance reporting.
- Perform research, analysis, and reporting as requested on client accounts
- Serve as a back-up to the trading team by cross-training on trading procedures and filling in when needed
- Comply with processes and procedures of the team, firm policies, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to and cultivate a culture of compliance while focusing on risk avoidance and mitigation
Desired Qualifications:
- At least 3 years’ experience in an investment operations role within the financial services environment (RIA preferred)
- Series 65 or equivalent
- Familiarity with Orion portfolio accounting, performance reporting, and trading (Eclipse) software
- Experience with Fidelity and Schwab custodial platforms
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of financial markets
- A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve
- Ability to prioritize effectively and operate in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
- A professional, team-oriented attitude and commitment to a client-first culture
- Located within the Eastern Time Zone to support collaboration with team members
