As a canvasser, you’ll engage with potential customers in the south east Massachusetts area, spreading the word about the Mass Save program. Mass Save is a state program that helps qualified residents insulate and weatherize their home at little to no cost. You get paid for every qualified lead you generate! Its not a hard sale, you're helping people get benefits, usually at no cost, from a program they already pay into monthly.
- $25.00/hourly plus commission up to 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay. Based on your performance, you could earn anywhere from $1000 to $2,000+ per week!
- Commission on Mass Save leads, as well as HVAC, solar, heat pumps, generators and more.
What You'll Do:
- Meet and qualify homeowners at events, stores and neighborhoods around MA
- Educate them on the Mass Save program and all other services Colt Home Services has to offer.
- Track and record your leads accurately in our system.
- Achieve goals to increase your earnings and bonuses.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly demeanor with every homeowner
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting people and talking to others.
- Canvassing, sales, or event experience.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle rejection with a smile.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Reliable transportation for commuting to various neighborhoods and events within an hour of your home.
