Pay: $40–$50 per hour (based on experience)
Brophy Air is seeking an experienced and dependable Chiller Technician to join our growing team in Miami, FL. We are looking for a skilled HVAC professional with strong experience servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with chillers, boilers, cooling towers, water pumps, VFDs, and related equipment.

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial chillers

Service boilers, cooling towers, pumps, and VFD systems

Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC system issues

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings with customers and management

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with local codes and company standards

Provide excellent customer service while working on-site at client locations

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience working on commercial/industrial HVAC systems

Strong knowledge of:
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Cooling towers
- Water pumps
- VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- EPA Certification required

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record required

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
