We are searching for a Speech Language Pathologist - Velopharyngeal Dysfunction & Cleft Palate - someone who works well in a fast-paced setting. In this position, you will appropriately diagnose and treat patients primarily between the ages of 0 –21.

- Schedule: 4(10) Hour Shifts

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients with cleft lip and palate, craniofacial anomalies, and noncleft velopharyngeal dysfunction
- Provide speech-language therapy services (in-person and virtual) to patients from the Cleft and Craniofacial teams as well as other diagnoses
- Maintains records as required by law, IDS policy and administrative regulations
- Administers formal tests as needed
- Makes referrals for other evaluations as appropriate
- Promotes speech-language pathology services within the community and the IDS
- Experience with Cleft Palate pediatric populations preferred

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology field of study required
- CCC-SLP certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association require
- TX-SLP license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation required
- 2-year professional experience as SLP in pediatric setting (may include clinical fellowship but excludes training completed prior to completion of Masters degree)·
