The Fountain on Locust is looking for an experienced, energetic, and guest-focused Server to join our team. If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing exceptional hospitality, we'd love to meet you.
We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service every shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to every guest.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverages.
- Work closely with kitchen and support staff to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room.
- Process guest payments accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of serving experience required.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Schedule
- Part-time
- Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
- Weekend availability is required
