As an AT&T Customer Representative, you'll meet with business customers, answer questions, explain available services, and recommend solutions based on their needs. You'll receive hands-on training while building professional sales, communication, and account management experience in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities of the AT&T Customer Representative
- Introduce AT&T products and services directly to local business customers.
- Learn about business needs before recommending solutions.
- Explain products, promotions, and available communication services.
- Collaborate with fellow AT&T Customer Representative team members on daily sales initiatives.
- Guide customers through enrollment with accuracy and professionalism.
- Build professional relationships that support long-term sales success.
- Participate in AT&T Customer Representative coaching focused on communication and sales.
- Continue building business communication and professional sales skills.
Qualifications of the AT&T Customer Representative
- Interested in business communication and customer engagement.
- Confident speaking with professionals in an in-person setting.
- Brings initiative and follows through on responsibilities.
- Adapts well in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
