Job Summary: Sets up and operates the paint/UV mixing kitchen and prepares topcoat, sealer, and priming materials in the finishing department to prep, prime, seal, and paint cabinet components and accessories.
Stand and walk up to twelve hours per day on concrete surfaces.
Must be able to lift, carry, and transport material in accordance with the requirements listed in the matrices below, frequently and repetitively for up to twelve hours a day.
Frequently bend, stoop, reach grasps, twist, push, and pull items which range in accordance with the requirements listed in the matrices below.
Must be able to communicate effectively with management and coworkers by phone or in-person.
Must be mentally altered and capable of remembering oral instructions and routine tasks.
Must be able to withstand fluctuations in temperature and environmental fluctuations.
Must be able to work the required daily and weekly work hours as determined by the schedule.
Good attendance and punctuality are necessary.
Must exemplify through appearance and behavior the company’s image of excellence.
Must be alert and able to identify and respond to a hazard by either reporting it immediately, or by taking corrective measures if directed.
