We are seeking a seasoned Treatment Coordinator to join our well-established dental practice in Temecula, CA full-time (Monday - Friday)!

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of dental treatment planning experience, a proactive approach to maintaining a full schedule, and strong organizational and multitasking skills. Additionally, they should be able to carry out the listed responsibilities while fostering our practice’s culture and upholding our patient-first philosophy.

Responsibilities:

Patient Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, explaining proposed dental treatments and answering any questions related to HMO and PPO insurance coverage

Insurance Coordination: Obtain breakdowns of dental benefits, ensuring patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:

Multitask efficiently by auditing and scanning patient charts.

Assist patients with medical history updates and update contact info.

Prepare digital charts for the next day’s appointments.

Fill schedule gaps when openings occur.

Qualifications:

REQUIRED: Minimum 3-5 years of dental office treatment coordination experience.

Advanced knowledge of dental terminology

Knowledge of ADA codes and services.

Familiarity with HMO and PPO insurance.

Ability to create a positive patient experience.
