We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Production Planner to support QuickCable's production planning and reporting functions by converting customer demand into executable work on the floor. This role is ideal for an early career professional looking to build a strong foundation in production scheduling, ERP execution, and cross-functional manufacturing support. Working under the direction of the Senior Production Planner and Materials Manager, the Jr. Production Planner owns the daily release of travelers, pick tickets, and shop orders across departments, supports expedite and back order response, maintains accuracy in the Workwise ERP system, and partners with Operations, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to keep material and information moving. This is a floor-facing role in a high-mix, make-to-order environment, and it is built as a training seat with a clear path to move up in the organization.
