The Role
As Controller, you will bring structure, consistency, and accountability to the firm’s financial operations so the attorneys and staff can focus on serving clients at the highest level.
You will:
- Monitor and maintain financial accounts with accuracy
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Review and verify financial data for consistency and integrity
- Assist with payroll processing
- Collaborate with team members across departments
- Communicate with clients when needed to help guide them toward appropriate services
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who values precision and consistency—and understands that small details matter.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or related financial experience (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office applications
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
