We are seeking a motivated professional with a proven track record of originating residential mortgage loans, building referral relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the home financing process.

Responsibilities
- Originate and manage residential mortgage loan applications from initial contact through closing
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, financial professionals, and community partners
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community involvement
- Analyze borrower financial information and recommend appropriate loan products
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company lending guidelines
- Provide outstanding customer service and communication throughout the loan process
- Work closely with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions
Qualifications
- Active NMLS License (Required)
- Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan origination experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and state housing programs
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience with Encompass Loan Origination Software preferred
