We are looking for coaches to join the JAB Family. Youth coaching experience is required for head coaching positions. Potential teams include 2nd-9th grade teams, girls and/or boys. Availability weekdays 5pm-9pm and weekend availability for games. We practice in the North Dallas area. Coaches will little to no experience will start off as assistant coaches within the program, learning our systems and culture.
We are looking for coaches who want to stay on long term and grow within the organization.
Our players' ages range from K-12th grade, both at the recreational/developmental level and select/club level. Our teams have two workouts a week as well as league games on the weekends, and some weeknights.
We are looking for passionate basketball coaches who have a firm commitment to, and belief in, trying to get the best out of the kids and instill JAB pillars of Humble, Unrelenting, Grateful, Extra-ordinary. We train the kids in all the fundamentals as well as developing their basketball IQ and commitment to a high level work ethic.
