Warehouse Associate
Location: Green Springs, OH 44836
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in Green Springs, Ohio. This position is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including material movement, stocking, palletizing, order selection, and maintaining an organized inventory area. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment and working safely as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
- Stock inventory and maintain proper storage locations.
- Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment.
- Build and stack pallets while ensuring products are secure and organized.
- Manually move materials throughout the facility using proper lifting techniques.
- Perform repetitive lifting, bending, twisting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
- Lift and move products weighing 50+ lbs. as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
- Candidates with the right attitude may have the opportunity to receive forklift training in the future.
