Pay: $15.00–$19.00 per hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) (preferred) and a passion for supporting children's development through meaningful learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Supervise and care for children
- Monitor and document children's developmental progress.
- Maintain open communication with parents and families.
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies.
- Guide and support assistant teachers as needed.
- Promote social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Qualifications
- Preferred - CDA credential or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare, preschool, or educational setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
