Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS/CRPS or Eligible)

Shifts Available
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Overnight: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
(Full-time and part-time opportunities)
Compensation Range: $18.04 - $21.73 per hour
What You’ll Do
- Support clients in their daily recovery journey
- Build trusting, respectful relationships
- Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Monitor and document client activity and progress
- Assist with groups, activities, and daily routines
- De-escalate situations with calm, supportive communication
- Transport and escort clients to appointments and services
This role is hands-on, meaningful, and essential to client success.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CRSS or CRPS certification preferred
- Must be eligible for certification through the Florida Certification Board
- Must obtain certification within 1 year (we may support you through the process)
- Pass a level 2 background check with DCF
