The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, onboarding, and growing new dealer accounts throughout their territory. This is a field-based position requiring regular travel, face-to-face meetings, and relationship-building with window and door dealers, contractors, builders, and industry professionals.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable spending most of their time on the road developing new business.
Qualifications
- Outside sales experience preferred.
- Experience in windows and doors, building materials, construction products, roofing, glazing, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
