Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Specialist to manage production planning and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and efficient
Duties
- Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time manufacturing
- Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as needed
- Track WIP (Work-in-Process) and finished goods inventory
- Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency
- Communicate order status with internal teams (sales, logistics)
Preferred
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in production control or planning
- Strong analytical and Excel skills
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience working with OEM customers
