North Star Title is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Representative to help expand our presence in the market and build lasting partnerships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals.

What You’ll Do
- Develop new business and create strong referral relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and related professionals
- Maintain and grow an active pipeline of prospects and clients
- Represent North Star Title through sales calls, office visits, meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Educate clients and prospects on our title insurance, settlement, and closing services
- Deliver a high level of follow-up, communication, and client service that sets us apart from competitors
- Track activity, opportunities, and client engagement in our CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and business development goals
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience preferred; title, mortgage, real estate, or related industry experience is a strong plus
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability
- Self-starter mentality with a high level of motivation and accountability
- Confidence in face-to-face meetings, presentations, and business development conversations
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to accept rejection as a part of business development, and view setbacks as learning opportunities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
