RWR Forestry is hiring a Working Foreman / Heavy Equipment Operator for roadside vegetation management and land clearing operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years REAL heavy equipment operating experience (excavators, mulchers, forestry equipment, etc. — not general labor/shovel work)
- Ability to lead a crew, make decisions, and keep jobs moving
- Must be willing to travel and stay out of town during the work week (lodging paid)
- Company truck provided
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and equipment respect are non-negotiable
We’re looking for someone who can produce, lead, and take ownership — not just punch a clock.
