- Assisting with daily living activities: Helping residents with personal care, grooming, and daily routines
- Providing companionship and emotional support: Building relationships and engaging with residents to promote their mental and emotional well-being
- Supporting resident engagement: Encouraging participation in activities and hobbies, and facilitating social interactions
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment: Assisting with housekeeping and maintenance tasks to ensure a comfortable and safe living space for our residents
