At Angel’s Cleaning Service NW, we are building a team of dependable, detail-driven professionals who take pride in their work and show up ready to perform at a high standard every time.
We are currently hiring Cleaning Technicians for both Residential and Commercial cleaning assignments. You may be scheduled for residential homes, commercial buildings, or a combination depending on business needs and performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform detailed cleaning in residential homes and commercial facilities (offices, churches, etc.)
* Follow company checklists and client-specific instructions
* Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and maintain high cleaning standards
* Travel between job locations using personal vehicle
* Carry and maintain your assigned job kit (provided)
* Communicate professionally with team members and management
* Use company systems/app for daily job assignments and instructions
REQUIREMENTS:
* 1 year of recent professional cleaning experience preferred (residential or commercial)
* Must have valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
* Must be able to carry cleaning job kit between locations
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic
* Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude
* Comfortable with physical labor (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
SCHEDULES:
Residential Cleaning Schedule
* 20–25 hours per week to start
* Full-time opportunities available after training and performance review
* Morning and afternoon shifts
* Weekday and weekend shifts available depending on schedule needs
* Travel between client homes in assigned areas
* Travel time between client homes is paid
Commercial Cleaning Schedule
* 5–10 hours per week to start (depending on availability and location assignments)
* Evening shifts (typically after 5:00 PM)
* Weekday schedule based on client sites
* May include offices, churches, and other commercial buildings
HOURS:
* Part-time to start
* Additional hours available based on performance and business needs
PAY & GROWTH:
* $21.30 – $23.00 per hour depending on experience and performance
* $21/hour during training
* $22/hour after training completion
* Higher pay for experienced cleaners
* Performance-based increases over time
* Drivers may receive additional compensation
