Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour (Base Wage + Average Tips) + Performance-Based Bonus (Full-Time, Overtime Eligible)
We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to run our Fort Bliss Smoothie King location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving operations, and taking ownership of store performance.
This is a full-time leadership position with hourly pay and overtime eligibility. In addition to base pay, this role includes a performance-based bonus program tied directly to store profitability, labor control, food cost management, and operational results.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Hiring, training, and developing a reliable team
- Creating schedules that balance guest service and labor cost control
- Managing daily operations and ensuring brand standards are met
- Monitoring sales, labor %, and food cost performance
- Maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing waste
- Leading by example and building a positive, accountable team culture
Schedule Expectations
This position requires availability on a rotating schedule based on business needs. The Store Manager is expected to work a mix of opening, mid, and closing shifts to support the team.
- Average of approximately 45 hours per week
- Rotating schedule including mornings, afternoons, and evenings
- Availability to support peak periods and occasional weekends
- Flexibility to adjust schedule as business needs require
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant or retail leadership experience preferred
- Comfortable reviewing performance metrics (sales, labor, food cost)
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Someone who takes ownership and follows through
