At Keter, we are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ellwood City, PA warehouse. This role is responsible for ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are executed accurately, product is handled with care, and a small, dedicated team is supported and developed.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, and maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and service.
What You’ll Do:

Manage the daily operations of a single warehouse location in Ellwood City, PA.

Lead, coach, and support a team of approximately 4–8 warehouse associates.

Ensure accurate and timely inbound and outbound deliveries.

Maintain product integrity by preventing damage and ensuring order accuracy.

Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and transportation partners.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility.
-
Monitor performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.

Utilize SAP and warehouse systems to manage inventory, shipments, and reporting.

SAP experience required; WIS and e-commerce experience a plus.

Working knowledge of DOT and PennDOT compliance requirements.
