Position Overview & Description
The Client Operations Coordinator is an in-person, client-facing role; the ideal candidate has a service-orientated personality and a desire to find a challenging and rewarding career. As a Client Operations Coordinator, you will partner with the sales team to ensure clients are satisfied with the products and services they’ve received. You will report directly to the Managing Partner and collaborate closely with Account Manager(s), where you will receive direction, including daily tasks and ongoing mentorship. While you will have a desk and a computer, this is not exclusively a desk job. This job requires someone who never wants to have the same day twice and loves going from task to task. There are endless possibilities for career advancements.
Job Requirements
- Answering phone calls, picking up projects, gathering work instructions, understanding the client’s deadlines, and ensuring the project is delivered 100% correctly.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust with our clients through open and interactive communication, listening to their needs, and going the extra mile for them.
- Work as part of a team while growing as an individual contributor.
- Support Account Managers where needed.
- Proactively maintaining communication channels with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
- Promptly return phone calls and emails, sometimes outside of regular working hours.
- Acting as the point of contact for clients to access our services and have a strong understanding of our services and communicate what we do for our clients.
- Other duties, as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn HubSpot for daily schedule management and capturing client data.
- Demonstrate the ability to excel at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing your time efficiently and effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Physical Demands and Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 45 pounds each.
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform other physical movements necessary to handle files, records, and project materials.
- Ability to safely move and transport heavier boxes and materials using carts, dollies, and other appropriate equipment.
- Ability to work in both office and storage/file room environments as required.
- Reliable transportation.
- Working smartphone for business communications and work-related activities as required.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
