Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

- Support employee relations including investigations, disciplinary actions, and performance management

Qualifications for the HR Generalist:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience with HR systems (Paycor ATS preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Working knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
