Job Description :
MJT Auto Sales is looking for a motivated and outgoing Independent Vehicle Sales Representative to help sell vehicles from our inventory. This is a commission-only position, meaning you will earn money for every vehicle you successfully sell. There is no hourly wage or salary.
Responsibilities :
- Promote and market vehicles to potential buyers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and questions.
- Schedule vehicle showings and test drives.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with interested buyers.
- Help maintain a positive customer experience.
Requirements :
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to find and attract potential customers.
Compensation :
- Commission-Based Pay Only
- Earn a commission for each vehicle sold.
- No hourly wage or salary.
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
