We are seeking a proactive and organized Floor Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, managing administrative tasks, and supporting team members to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Oversees production line workers and machine operators.
- Monitor production schedules and meet output targets.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Perform quality checks on toys during and after production.
- Coach and evaluate production staff.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate maintenance when needed.
- Manage inventory of materials.
- Prepare production reports and communicate progress to management.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
