The Service Advisor in Training position is designed for team members who demonstrate strong customer service skills, positive energy, and a desire to grow within the company. This role begins with mastering the responsibilities of a Cashier/Guest Service Team Member, while developing the sales, communication, and operational skills needed to transition into a full Service Advisor role.
This position serves as a stepping stone into a customer facing sales leadership role focused on Fast Pass membership growth, detail service sales, guest retention, and delivering a best in class customer experience.

While in training, team members will be expected to:

Deliver outstanding guest service with professionalism and enthusiasm

Master cashier responsibilities including POS transactions, accuracy, and accountability

Build confidence engaging with guests in a natural, consultative manner

Learn company wash packages, Fast Pass options, promotions, and detail services

Understand customer needs and confidently recommend the best service options

Assist with site flow and maintain a clean, welcoming front counter area
