In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategies that strengthen Kohl’s master brand and ensure upper-funnel campaigns bring that brand to life in authentic, engaging ways. You will help connect customer insights, creative storytelling and business priorities to create cohesive brand experiences. Collaborating across marketing, creative and media teams, you will play a key role in aligning short-term campaign efforts with long-term brand goals.
Assist in activating Kohl’s brand positioning, purpose and identity across marketing channels and customer touchpoints
Work with the Customer Insights team to identify customer, cultural and competitive insights that inform brand and campaign strategies
Help develop and maintain brand and campaign strategy briefs that connect brand purpose to business priorities
Partner with teams across marketing to ensure seasonal and promotional campaigns ladder up to the master brand strategy and maintain consistent brand expression
Support collaboration between channel, creative and media partners to build cohesive and impactful campaign ecosystems
Compile data from brand tracking, perception studies and performance reports to identify insights and opportunities
Manage updates to brand documentation, positioning frameworks and creative toolkits to ensure consistency and accessibility
Help prepare materials and recaps for brand and campaign planning sessions to align stakeholders and leadership
Track timelines, deliverables and communication across projects to ensure smooth coordination and follow-through
Act as a brand advocate, ensuring all work reflects Kohl’s values and contributes to a strong, unified customer experience
