Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive cleaning of ductwork, vents, and HVAC systems using specialized equipment such as pressure washers and industrial cleaning tools
- Safely operate ladders and scaffolding to access high or hard-to-reach areas while adhering to safety protocols
- Utilize hand tools and cleaning equipment effectively to remove debris, dust, mold, and other contaminants from duct surfaces
- Perform manual handling tasks including lifting heavy equipment or materials safely during cleaning procedures
- Apply pressure washing techniques to thoroughly clean exterior duct components and associated surfaces
- Follow strict safety protocols by wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including gloves, masks, and fire extinguishers when necessary
- Assist with outdoor work projects such as outdoor duct inspections or cleaning in various weather conditions
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining procedures, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction during service visits
Requirements
- Prior experience with duct cleaning or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidates
- Ability to use ladders safely and confidently for elevated work tasks
- Knowledge of hand tools, pressure washing equipment, and cleaning machinery is advantageous
- Familiarity with safety procedures including the proper use of PPE and fire extinguishers is essential
- Capable of manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting and prolonged physical activity in various environments
- Outdoor work experience is a plus; comfort working in different weather conditions is required
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety compliance and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
