About Us
UK Soccer School is one of the fastest-growing youth sports providers in the United States, bringing fun, structured soccer and movement programs to schools nationwide.
Our preschool programs introduce children ages 3–6 to the fundamentals of movement, coordination, and teamwork through imaginative games and simple soccer-based activities. Our goal is to help young children build confidence, develop motor skills, and experience the joy of physical activity in a safe and encouraging environment.
We partner directly with schools to deliver high-quality programs that are easy for administrators, exciting for children, and rewarding for our instructors.
The Position
We are seeking energetic, enthusiastic, and reliable instructors to lead our preschool soccer programs.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to make a positive impact during their earliest learning years.
Our preschool sessions focus on movement, imagination, and basic coordination, using soccer-themed games to help children develop listening skills, balance, teamwork, and confidence.
Whether you’re an experienced youth coach, teacher, or simply someone passionate about working with children, we provide training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun and engaging soccer-based movement sessions for children ages 3–6
- Use positive reinforcement to encourage participation and build confidence
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment where every child feels successful
- Teach basic movement skills such as running, balance, coordination, and ball control
- Keep sessions organized, energetic, and age-appropriate
- Communicate professionally with school staff when needed
- Attend occasional training sessions to stay aligned with our program structure
Requirements
- Experience working with young children (teaching, childcare, camps, etc.) preferred
- A background in soccer or sports is helpful but not required
- Patient, energetic, and engaging personality
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage small groups of young children
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to commute to different school locations
- Weekday morning availability
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience in early childhood education
- Experience coaching youth soccer or youth sports
- Background in physical education, kinesiology, or childhood development
