Duties -
A. Staff to support the individual to perform activities of daily living (ADL). Support individual to access community resources.
B Staff to support individual perform health and wellbeing tasks/activities to include: (1) attend medical appointments as needed (2) Use of house in house games, leisure and entertainment (eg. Puzzles, watching TV), (3) Outdoors activities (4) hand and body hygiene (5) Get a haircut and other health and wellbeing activities of interest and transport to the community as needed.
Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus - Experience working with individuals with disabilities, autism, dementia, or other special needs is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transporting individuals to appointments or activities - Ability to follow instructions, maintain confidentiality, and adhere to safety protocols.
Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is a plus
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
