Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Take accurate orders from guests and relay them efficiently using square pos systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations based on their preferences
- Manage multiple tables effectively through strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and food safety practices in compliance with health regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments securely, and manage cash handling responsibilities with integrity
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently through effective time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques in a restaurant environment
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and cash handling
